By installing or using Zheetly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.
The service
Zheetly provides tools intended to help users inspect, navigate, audit and analyse Google Sheets. Features may change, be added or be removed as the product develops.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use Zheetly and for reviewing any result or action before relying on it. You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your data and spreadsheets
You retain ownership of your spreadsheets and other content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and process any information used with Zheetly.
Third-party services
Zheetly operates alongside third-party products, including Google Chrome and Google Sheets. Those products are governed by their own terms and policies. Zheetly is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of Zheetly where reasonably necessary.
No professional advice
Zheetly is a productivity tool. Its output is not financial, accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice. You remain responsible for checking formulas, models and decisions.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Zheetly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the final published terms should state the appropriate liability limits for Zheetly’s legal entity and commercial model.
Termination
You may stop using Zheetly at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may restrict access where these terms are materially breached or where necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.
Governing law
The governing law and courts should be confirmed before these terms are published.
